I'm waiting due to the fact that I'm still at university, so I'd like to have a steady job and have my own place with OH before we can TTC.

On one hand waiting is so hard! But when I think about it logically, I don't mind waiting if it means, I have a good paying job and a more stable home! I don't want to bring a baby into the equation whilst we're still renting a house, as the money isn't going anywhere (though no offence to anyone that does rent!)

xxx

I have the same reason for waiting as you Three. i'm waiting in stating a 3 year BE'd in primary education in Septmeber so we are hoping i will be pregnant during the last few months of the last year so baby is due septmeber/october 2014.
I wont get a job til about 1 year after baby is born. Even thought im lucky enough not to have to wait for my 1st who is now 7months old. But would love another already as think of her as a newborn baby makes me really broody.
We can easily live on just OH's wages while im at uni and for the 1st year when we have the 2nd and then i can go into a job after having 2nd and work wont then be stoped a year later for me to have 2nd. That why i want 2nd before getting a job.

We are planning to relocate due to my OH's visa running out and then we need to get settled with jobs first before we can start planning our family.

sigh...it seems so long and so much to do before we can start trying
Hope you managed to find somewhere nice for you, OH and future baby to live and that the time passes really quickly for you. Where are you hoping to move to?

We are hoping Canada! Just starting to get everything sorted out and trying to figure what all we need for immigrating. It's a lot of work.

Ironically OH could stay here if we already had a bubs
But we want to be stable to give our future kids the best possible.

Is WTT any easier if you already have a LO? I can see how the broodiness must be coming all back when you're sat there watching your baby grow up. How is it now compared to before you had her? does it get any easier?

Aww i hope you manage to get to canda and get some lovely jos that you both really enjoy.

And yes it is ironic he could stay already if you had a baby but i can def see why you wanan wait and have the best for them.

And yes it does we been together since febuary 2009 and then we lost a baby in August 2009, so then we waiting a bit before having DD but i couldnt have waitin until after uni to have my 1st. Plus dh is 8 years older then me so he definightly didnt want to wait for his 1st. It is def eadier waiting now we have chloe even though it brings broodiness back, i thinlk about the next 2 -3 years that i get to spend with just her and my dh and she will get all the attention from me and DH. When we have next she will be at full time school so in the day new baby will get attention and the chloe will get some time on her own when she back from school

aww thanks! I hope all works out well, I'm positive right now.

I think after my first I'd also want to wait. Now you have that special time with Chloe and just her and you'll never have it the same way once the new baby is there. And it's true, then you have the new baby when she is at school so both get the most attention possible. Plus she'll be old enough to understand that she'll be a big sister

How did you manage to have your first while being at uni? was it hard?
I was thinking of doing a PhD in Canada but that takes time and I sure don't want to put TTC back any further..

yes thats exactly why we doing it that we wwaiting until she is older as she will get her own special time. my sister would also have new naby for a few hours every so often so chloe gets loads of attention. i dont think i could wait much longer though.

And i dont start uni until september 2011 i aint expecitin it to be easy but i hpe it should be manageable. If you wanan know more about studying and have LO talk to wriggley on here (she was my bump buddy and now mummy buddy) she is at uni and has a LO who is the same age as chloe. Im sure she will tell you what its like.

Yup I'm waiting till at least March 2014,I've got the nexplanon implant in and I got it put in this March and it lasts 3 years and as much as i'd like to get it taken out sooner i think in 3 years i'll be much more ready for a child than I am now.

There's so many things I want to do before I have a child such as move in with my OH and have a steady paying job.
I'd like to get married before I have children but i'm not bothered too much if I don't.
