how many times a week to BD to conceive

as well all know we cant all do it every day so how many times a week would you reckon i was thinking maybe two-three like mondays, wednesdays and saturdays something like that etc

what have your experiences been? x

Yeah, every other day would cover the fertile period! Charting is the best way to know :-)

yep i used to chart before implant for prectise so got that one sorted lol x

I'd say 3/4 days a week!

Im new to all this and probably sound really stupid, but how do you chart etc? Maybe Im being niaeve but we are thinking about TTC and were just going to do it and see what happens. Is this completely wrong?

I think they reckon every 2-3 days but to be honest just enjoy yourself and have a go when you fancy!
