Period 6 days late. Pregnant?

M
Hi, I'm 19 years old with a pretty normal periods. Cycle length 24 days, 5 day day periods, pretty heavy.
I started my period when I was 11 and always suffered with bad period sickness/cramps. My doctors always prescribed me with medicine, but nothing ever worked. It came to the point were I had to get written aggrements to miss school, because the pain was unbearable. I never missed a period and unlike most if I stressed it didn't delay my period it made it come early. Finally I decided to try Depo, in which I didn't have a period for 6 months I end up moving away from home too attend college, and with so much to do I stopped taking birth control. I know it's stupid, but it happened. Anyways the months I been off I was back to my normal periods schedule. I end up becoming really sick and went to hospital, where they discovered two cyst on my right ovaries. They said I would be fine, so I didn't think nothing of it. I start having sex with my boyfriend in December 2011 and we used condoms and my periods were still normal and painful as usually. So December 31 2012 I started my period as expected and lasted 5 days. Everything was normal. My boyfriend and I had sex about everyday the following week and on my most fertile day the condom broke. So we had a really big scare. I took thousand of pregnancy test, but all were negative. So we waited for my next period which was expected Januray 24, 2012 I began cramping days before it actually came and Thats abnormal for me. On the 24th I began to spot, but it was more as brown discharge with a littl bit of blood, and that lasted 3 days no enough to fill even 3 pads, and i would be off and on nothing would be on my pad for hours. But still negative test. February 10, 2012 I also had sex in which the condomBroke, but as expect what I thought was my period came on time again February 17, 2012 and same as the month before brown discharge with little to no blood. Oh and Btw my cramps were 10 to times worst. This all was so weird to me. The days I was supposed to start my period I had weird bleeding and even more serve cramps. So this month I decided to wait for my period which was due March 12, 2012 and nothing came. It was 6 days late. For the last month in a half I had back pains, headaches, a little nuesea, and haven't been able to sleep. Like I said before I never missed a period, I'm not over weight or under weight, I haven't been exercising and my stress level has been normal as always. I finally began cramping this morning and also began spotting, but it's the same abnormal stuff I been experiencing the months before. What can this be? I kinda figured it could have something to do with my cyst, but than again I believe cyst go away. I haven't been back to the doctors, because I don't have insurance or the money to pay the bill and I don't want to go unless I know it's worth it. Have anyone experienced things like this.

Probably worth asking the TTC girls as they may be in a better position to give advice. Noone can ever say you're pregnant or not without some sort of test - whether it's a home or blood test. Although we can reassure and share our experiences only a doc/practice nurse can give you an answer. Hope you get the result you want, good luck.

I really think a doctor or nurse would be the best person to talk about this issue with, although I understand not having insurance to help with the healthcare costs. Perhaps going into a women's center, like Planned Parenthood or whatever options you have where you live, would be the best answer.

I couldn't even hazard a guess as to whether you're pregnant or not, but perhaps some women on the TTC board would give you an answer or advice? Best bet is a pregnancy test for that answer, though.

Good luck, I hope you get the answer you want!
