no AF today... stress maybe?

I am very regular, and I usually start AF in the morning of the 28th day. so far, I've had cramps, but nothing happening. I do feel like I ovulated even tho I'm on BC, so I don't know if this is stress related, or what?

I just want to vent... and get some feedback. help!

If you think you might be pregnant test

BUT in my opinion maybe your being hopeful? I do it all the time too

Like if i feel a flutter in my my tummy i will be like...maybe!! or if i feel sick i will be like "morning sickness maybe?" ...if i put on weight etc

If my period is late i think this too

My AF is now 9 days late but defo a BFN so am defo in the confused camp too! I came off the pill in November though so am thinking it is my cycles trying to sort themselves out. Are you stressed? It could just be a random cycle xx

I've had cycles like this on the pill and right away I would immediately thing of pregnancy simply because AF didn't come like clockwork that cycle when it had before. That tends to delay AF longer because I'm convincing myself that I'm pregnant. I'd try to put it out of your mind and see if AF shows up in a few days. If not try to test again and see if it's still a BFN.
