Advice pls =(

Hi all,

I'm on the pill, had my period the week before last Friday - Monday (apologies tmi). Started my pill up again on the Monday, I do the 3 week on 1 week off pill Marvelon, then had sex last Thurs night (apologies tmi) then was ill Friday and Saturday and am sure I ended up throwing my pills up (apologies grim) then Sunday and yesterday I had stomach cramps and brown spotting

Could this be anything significant?

I've been wtt for over a year now and still have a little longer left to wait so I think I'm just wishing it was a sign of preg and now that I think that my minds going crazy inventing more symptoms that probably really aren't there.

Also, my springer spaniel was sniffing my womb lots

this is how crazy I'm going!! He slept with his head on it too and he never does that so I took this as another definite sign

I know I'm just being crazy but could this be implantation spotting? Or just hormones because I missed 2 days of pills?

Any advice would be great pls, thank you x x x

Hey Plop,

Sorry to hear about you being sick. I think that the spotting is too soon to be implantation bleeding. I have heard of ovulation bleeding, some maybe that is what happened. Or, it could be just shedding of the lining do to lack of hormone for 2 days. Either way, I would use back up protection for 1 week if you don't want to get pregnant, in case you have ovulated.

It might be better to ask someone in TTC. They are probably better at symptom spotting

Thanks ladies, I think I am just being silly and hopeful. Ovulation bleeding sounds like it could be right!!

If you missed two pills in a row you need to use back up protection for at least a week or you could fall pg. Though I think it's a little too soon for you to be experiencing implantation bleeding but best of luck. I hope you get the outcome you want.
