Ovulation spotting for 8 days?

Is it normal to have ovulation spotting for 8 days? My period was March 25th to the 29th, and on the 1st I started having pink discharge once a day. It's normal though out the day, but it seems like once a day it's pink, then goes back to normal. I've read that ovulation spotting lasts only a day or two, is it normal for it to last this long? Could it be something else? My period seemed pretty normal.

Have you been on any kind of birth control in the past year.

I remember spotting for 2 weeks in the middle of my cycle about 4-5 months after coming off BCP a few years ago. I guess any other life situation (like pregnancy in the past year) would have much the same effect.

The only other thing I would think of is it possibly being implantation bleeding. However, I've never been pg and I don't know much about that.

I'm not on any kind of birth control, I had the depo shot back in 2007, but I only got it the one time... I didn't know if it could be implantation bleeding because I had just gotten my period, can you get it even if you get a period?

I just got off BCP two or three weeks ago. I had my regular AF, but today, when FF says I should be about to OV, I started getting light bleeding! We did have

2 days ago, so I suppose it's possible it's implantation bleeding, but since I just stopped the pill and we used protection, I doubt it. Anyway, this probably isn't helpful. I hope you get answers!
