I like to think that the 7 months 2 weeks 5 days will go super quick but considering when I joined here back in Jan 2011 after having the 1st lot of goal posts moved (all in my WTT journal) I am holding out hope that this was the last post move and I will actually be TTC in December!!

Just sometimes feels so close and then others so far far away

So does anyone have anything fun to do in the next 7/8 months to pass the time??

It just so happens that I'm due to OV on the wedding day (if my cycle doesn't change between now and then), so by the time we get back from the honeymoon it'll be testing time!

I know these things don't often go to plan, but with it being my first we're going full out positive mental attitude! I started folic acid this month, I know some studies say 3 months prior to TTC, but I found some which said you may benefit up to a year in advance

It'll be lovely to go through this with other people at the same time. We'll be keeping things quiet until the scan, so at least this forum gives you a place to chat about it!

8 months left to plan the wedding and get through the copious amounts of wine in the wine rack before December! xx

Twag our stories are very similar. I have already waited a year as I did the same as I'm doing now this time last year then OH said we should wait a year now has changed to December! So frustrating!!!
We're hopefully booking a holiday this weekend for July then have my best friends wedding in August so at least I have things to look forward too. Might make the time go a little quicker! How about you?!

They do sound very similar stories Miniegg27 we decided to TTC on our honeymoon which we did then when we got home DH changed his mind I think this recent moving of goal posts is the 4/5th time!! AND IT IS THE LAST! I am putting my foot down and we ARE TTC December

Let me see:
May - start new job/put house up for sale
June - exams
July - going to Amsterdam with friends
August - poss holiday??
October - 2nd wedding anniversary
December - exams/New house is ready/TTC

Just hoping that the time between August & December does not drag!!

It is so hard at the moment though as my bestie just gave birth to their 1st and they have not even been married a year yet!!

going to see them this Sunday and it is going to make me so broody

Ah yeah my best friend had her first last year and she'll be one in a few weeks! She is so cute and i love spending time with her!! Now another close friend is pregnant with her first. Babies all around AHHHHH!!!!!! I suppose i can have lots of cuddles until i can have cuddles with my own!
Wow you seem to have lots going on! I bet it will fly by because thinking on it the past year has gone by so fast.

I would love to join you all. I am hoping to ttc from Dec 2012. We already have a ds aged 14 months.
I would love to be ttc now, but like a lot of you am waiting patiently!!!
Looking forward to making a few friends in our ttc journey.

I'm just as excited this time as I was for my first. Only problem is my little girl has a sicky bug jade at the moment and is spending most of her time moping and crying at me. Puts me off another one for a while!!
Can't believe how quickly its going. Try not to be too nervous, it will be the best thing you ever do!
