I'm not 100% sure in relation to what you're experiencing symptom wise as it was a few years ago that I had the implant but I found that in the first 9 months of having the implant in I had no form of bleeding and even after that I was only bleeding every 2/3 months. I'd imagine that it's just your body getting used to having the different hormones in it but it wouldn't hurt to go and see your GP/Nurse to discuss what you're experiencing. Not every contraception agrees with everyone's bodies.

I'm sorry that I couldn't be of more help but FX'ed that you sort it out soon xxx

Hiya,

Iv had mine in now for over 2 years and since day one have not had a period.

Although i did have a phantom pregnancy in the first 5 months of having it, since then im normal.

I think its to do woth the implant being a eastrogen only contraceptive so it could be your body getting used to the abnormal amount of femal hormones.

everything you have described is caused by estrogen.

I had even started to lactate.

I think your fine ! dont worry !!
