BLW/Finger Food Question

I am following the BLW but I guess I just generally have a question bout finger foods. My LO is only just 5 months and is doing fab with sticks of cucumber, bananas and other veg. My question is for example if I cook up some butternut squash and sweet pot she will only have one or two sticks of it but i cook it all up at once so can I freeze the rest once cooked or do I have to bin them..if i can freeze how to I reheat without them going mushy? Or should I not cook it all and just store the rest on the fridge?...Thanks.

I don't see why you couldn't freeze them although I haven't yet, I've just been leaving them in the fridge so she finishes them off the next day and warm them up in the oven.
