Egg


When did you try eggs (scrambled) with your lo's? I cant seem to remember when I first tried it with my others .

Really early but then I never held off and food groups. They had peanut butter very early too.

Around 6 months probably when I started giving her solids. I never followed a schedule or introduced one food at a time.

From 6 months or more likely towards the end of 6 months since she really couldn't pick it up well before then. So from 6 months from a health standpoint like everything else, but if you're doing BLW, from when they can realistically handle it well. I found it was much trickier to pick up than some other things, so she didn't really eat much of it at all until 7 months, but every kid is different and I'd offer it from the start to see how he does. Initially, I found quiche and pancakes (made with eggs obviously) where a bit easier to handle.
