Smoothies

I love smoothies and so does connah. I make them myself but the problem is,im buying loads of fresh fruit every week and its costing a fortune

I bought some Innocent Smoothie Cartons(small ones) when we did the big shop and they had on offer 2 boxes of 6 cartons for £4.
I checked the content and it all seems good to me,no addatives etc just 100% fresh fruit

Connah hasnt had one yet and i want to try him with it but im still unsure about them...i havnt come across anything that comes in a bax that hasnt got some nasties in it

Has anyone used these before?xxx

The innocent smoothies are pretty good but they are very sweet because they're so condensed. I find that if I have them I water them down a little or if it's a banana based one I'll add milk, and they become a bit less tart.

Hope you enjoy them
