New to weaning

My daughter is just over 4 month. I said all along i wasnt going to wean till 6 months but i changed my mind.

At the moment she has bottles at 7,11,2,630 She drinks 9oz at each of these bottles. She has reflux and i did try and feed her more often but she would spit it back out. It seems to much for her tummy. So i started to wean. She now has porriage at 9am which she has for 2 weeks and this wek i have given her solids at 4pm. I wasnt to give her something saviory as i dont want her to just have sweet things. What veg can i puree for her? Does when i feed her sound ok? It hasnt taken away from formula amounts at all.

Hi hun, U'r doing great xx

U can start introducing one veggie at a time. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, butternut squash, zucchini, etc. When u introduce one, wait 2-3 days to see how she reacts to it. Then u can introduce another veggie. Later u can start mixing them for move flavor. My LO hated almost all veggie purees, & I had to add fruit puree to them. He prefered sweet fruity taste. But when we started intorducing real food at 6.5 mnths he took all cooked veggies without problems.

good luck xx
