Drinking Water

I can't get my LO to drink water at all, he used to enjoy it from a Doidy cup. He just wont even try now, I've also got a free flowing cup with spout he just wont even try. I've tried putting a little juice in but he still isn't interested. He is only on 3 bottles of 7-8ozs a day now so that's all the fluid he has all day, I'm getting a little worried now does anyone have any ideas please

I have a similar problem with my LO not having enough milk, so I have to top up with water. Have you tried offering it with a little flavour? I've been giving my LO cold herbal tea (camomile etc) since she was born, because I live in the Med, and my LO gets dehydrated easily. She seems to love it. YOu could also give watered down juice (1 part juice to 4 parts water), which is what I've done in the past. They also sell baby juices, which you can water down and try.

Try giving him foods with high water content naturally like quite a few fruits and some veg have, maybe, and possibly things like soups etc, or cereals where you can add in more liquids/milk.
