It's the Warburtons' ones that are the
really bad boys of crumpets, I think they have 1g each.
Own brand ones are usually better, sainsburys own have 0.3g

HV suggested weetabix to me for lo, i didnt think that they would be that bad

she also said not give toast or pitta bread to him just yet at 6.5mnths but yet i read on here all the time that people with babies similar in age to my lo give toast and pittas, im so confused lol

chloe was having toast and pitta just before 6months and now shes 6months she has a fair amount of both and loves them!
your lo should be ok with it as hes older than mine, was there a reason why she said to wait?

she said he has to learn to chew lumps before i try giving him things like that, i explained that he does eat lumpy food and that i just hadnt given him meat as i was scared about it, im going to try him with blended steak and rice tonight to see how he goes

hmmm....strange i dont know we never gave purees went straight to finger food, cooked veg and raw at the same time, then onto toast etc, now she has everything we do, breadsticks is a new favourite lol!

well as scared as i was about the steak as i couldnt blend it completely smooth lol, he done really well with it and didnt gag once
