Weaning with allergies...

Obviously my LO's way off the mark for weaning yet but i'm starting to look into what sort of things she should or shouldn't be eating... I know it's obvious with the CMPA she can't have some things but are there other allergenic foods she shouldn't be eating til a certain age?

xxxx

From my own experience with second eldest DS I'd tread very carefully with berry fruits, citrus fruits, eggs, wheat, soya (tofu etc) and shellfish I'd wait maybe until 8 or 9 months to introduce them and only try a bit at first just to see if there is a reaction. Don't go making a whole veggie omelette like I stupidly did for him xx
