Hi hun.
I occassionaly make a sandwich for LO and use cheese or smooth peanut butter. I use a tougher bread so it doesnt get squished in LO's hands Hubby makes rye bread.

Marmite, jam, peanut butter, grated cheese, ham. I used to chop the sandwich up into squares about 2cmx2cm. It was easy for DS to pick up one by one. XX

We use peanut butter, hummus, philadelphia and avocado (together or separate), cream cheese and cucumber, tuna mayo or egg, anything you would have for yourself really just use your judgement as to whether baby can have it too. We also cut tiny pieces she can pick up and eat otherwise it all gets mashed up in her hands x

I mix tuna with a dairy lea triangle and it makes it nice and sticky so it sticks in the bread, Aidan loves them! I just cut into 4 and he eats them the same as me!
