As far as I am aware, that is indeed the case. You can give cow's milk as a drink from one year onwards. In terms of the yoghurts, as long as they are smooth they would probably be okay.

does cows milk contribute to her milk intake so for eg if she had 3 x 9oz bottles and then 3oz of cows milk on her cereal would she have taken 30oz of milk or 27oz of milk iykwim :-/

As far as I know; before one year it does not count towards their milk intake; as cows milk does not contain the right vitamins and other nutrients to be counted as such. After one year cows milk in food does count towards their overall milk intake xx

With my dd i just used her formula on cereals. So it would still count towards her milk. You can give the yoghurts from 6 month onwards but just watch out for sugar content. Some of them are surprisingly high x

yes thats true; anyway petit filous are made of a type of cheese; not yoghurt-so they are not only high in sugar but contain none of the 'good bacteria' that yoghurts do xx
