Suddenly waking at 3 after weaning

Sophie used to sleep 7-7 but since we started weaning has been waking at 3-5, is this usual? She has porridge for breakfast, a couple of cubes of fruit or veg for lunch and the same for dinner. SHe is 6 months x

is she still on the same amount of milk?
there is a 6 month sleep regresion (sp?) & a growth spurt so it may be this..
you can try a drean feed? x
