BLW, eating out and salt

Hi

I've a question. We've just started BLW and as I understand it part of the point is that baby eats what you eat, and it is supposed to make eating out with them much easier. We've got a few birthday meals coming up so will be going out to eat a bit. Also going on holiday soon so will ptobably eat out a bit then.

I understand salt is bad for babies so all my cooking at home is without salt but what do you do when you eat out? I've heard that often the reason restaurant food is so tasty is that it has lots of salt. Will it be ok, given that he is not eating much at the moment and it won't be every day?

I usually choose meals that should not contain too much salt. Salad with dressing on the side, new potatoes (I take the skin off as it usually seasoned with salt.
Whole fish (so you give only the inside)...
As last reasort, I'll bring him some veg or snacks from home. He can't see food and not eat lol
