Baby hates high chair - blw

What should I do? He is getting annoyed being in his high chair (he doesn't like staying too long in one place)
He eats snacks very well when we are on the move, but lately he eats almost nothing and is getting loud when in his high char.

Any ideas what can I do?

My LO hates being in the highchair if I have the tray attached too closely to her body. She likes to be free to move forward. Maybe that will help?

You could just let him eat on the floor. Put down a big mat and make it like a picnic.

That is what we are doing at the moment and it does seem to help. He is coming only if he is hungry
