I don't really know if it helps, as we are BF so not sure as to amounts of milk at each feed and doing BLW, but here is our routine:
6:30/7am: Full BF, meaning both breasts
Eight am: Breakfast
10:30/ 11am: Half BF, meaning one breast
12pm: Half BF
2/2:30pm: Full BF
4:15/4:30pm: Half BF
6/6:30pm: BF until sleepy, usually a Full BF, but sometimes less
10/11pm: Full BF
Usually we do approx. a total of 5 Full BF milk feeds a day plus our meals. LO has just dropped his night time feeds. He is now over 22lbs. at Seven Months.
my baby is nearly 7 months old was 6lb 6oz at birth and a few weeks ago she was weighed at 12lb 7oz.
this is her routine would just like to know if it sounds ok and if there is anything you think i should add in or take away.
7:30/8am - 6oz/180ml bottle
9:30am - heinz peachy porridge or rusk( if rusk 30ml of milk mixed in)
11:00am -biscotti biscuit
