Ideas for sandwich fillings?

We've been TW and recently LO has really embraced finger foods. I've been giving him the odd dairylea sandwich but would like to try more things like this at lunchtime and stick to more traditional meals at dinner.

So any suggestions for good sandwich fillings and other lunchtime finger foods please? LO is really goos with quite large lumps and chunks now.

We do peanutbutter and cheese on bread and melt it under the grill.

Also going to try some salami and ham.

Sometimes I make homemade soup which is pretty chunky and just smear that on her bread.

I buy the little baby food turkey jars and use it like sandwich spread- sprinkle on dried basil, black pepper, or garlic powder!
