Adding salt-how bad is this?

Have just started cooking a casserole and without thinking added a bit of salt as I always do but was planning on giving some to LO, how bad would this be? x

Plenty of veg in there!!to the size of the saucepan I don't think that the little bit of salt will make one bit of difference but just wanted to check! x

Today Sophie had some homemade soup made with stockcubes. I worried about it, but then thought there's lots of fresh veg and she'll only have a tiny bit of stock in total, so I'm sure it's fine!

My LO has a baby roast dinner with all the veg each Sunday just like us and I give him our homemade gravy, he only has a dribble though. His meals every day are relatively salt free so I only watch the salt intake of his snacks.

So I don't think the casserole is bad at all. It will only be a tiny amount and is not an every day thing
