Yoghurt for lo with cmpi

Hiya

Lo has cmpi and cant have yoghurt. I know they cant have soya products til 6 months but from then are they able to have alpro soya etc or are these things full of sugar? I would like to give her a plain yoghurt and mix with baby fruit puree. I did order an alpro soya plain for me to check out but they didnt have it so have sent forest fruits alpro soya

My LO has cmpi too, she was sensitive to soya at first but the dietician told us to try her again a couple of weeks ago and thankfully she's fine now.

We've been told it's fine to give her the yoghurts - the dietician didn't seem worried by the sugar content, we give the plain mixed with pear or apple but she's starting to notice what other people have so it's nice to be able to give her a yoghurt pot occasionally like other kids!

Provamel do a nice vanilla soya yoghurt and also flavours such as apple and lemon and lime in big pots, they seem to taste nicer than the alpro soya 4 packs which are rather large for a baby IMO, but I can only find them in holland and barratt.
You can also get dessert style yoghurts that don't have to be kept cold that we use when we go out, you can get vanilla, choc or Caramel
flavour it's normally in the free from section in tesco's.
Sorry if you know this already.
