Defrosting/reheating fruit/veg purees?

Is it ok to use a microwave to defrost and heat frozen purees? I did some experimenting and it would seem to work OK to take my frozen purée cubes and heat on full for 30secs, stir, 30secs, stir again, then cool. Does this sound ok to you too? x x

I take my frozen puree out the night before and leave in a lidded tub in the fridge overnight, then when I come to use it the next day I zapp it in the microwave for about 20 seconds/until piping hot x

Its absolutley fine, just make sure you stir well to make sure it is evenly heated and there are no hot spots.

Thanks!! I'm glad it's ok to use a microwave as the chances of me forgetting to defrost things over night at the moment is almost certain! Am getting very little sleep so am looking to make things as quick and easy as possible! x x
