I can only think of fresh food that are the most healthy but they won't keep well in a changing bag obviously. I do TW with finger foods but I always always always take a banana with me whenever I go out and I've always got a pack of baby biscuits in the buggy, Heinz do teddy bear shaped ones that are individually wrapped. Maybe some baby crisps. Again not ideal healthy foods, wish I could suggest more.

Yeah that's the prob . I guess I'll just go with breadsticks etc then. I might look at some biscuity things to see how much sugar etc they have in. I did see some plum spelt fingers but not sure what they're like xx

I have a tupperware with a banana, satsuma and then a sandwich of peanut butter as well. If I remember I will also pack a smoothie tube.

dried fruit is always a hit here for grazing. Also giant mini-cheddar type biscuits. Not overly healthy but not too bad either. You could also take crackers and a cheese triangle to spread on it. Babybels, frubes, satsuma, ritz aren't too bad in moderation either.

Obviously the cheese based things can't be left in the bag all the time, but good to chuck in if you're going out and about.

xx

Cherios, sultanas, organix crisp type snacks or biscuits. The organix dried fruit bars are nice too.
