Meal ideas that are good for constipation

Hoping some of you know some good (easy) meal ideas that are good for constipation. My little boy is terrible at drinking water and just loves bread, pasta,cheese, eggs and lots of other really constipating foods!!!
He likes prunes so we have started giving him a prune everyday now with his breakfast and he enjoys fruits but he still manages to get himself constipated!

Any ideas pleeeeeeeeease! I was thinking sweetcorn could be good??

apricots, prunes, peaches, plums, pears, peas, spinach

all good foods that are high in fiber

Dried apricots and figs maybe? Chunks of juicy melon? Orange juice is great for encourageing a good clearout, if your LO won't drink it mixed with water you could feed him s teaspoon full at meal times till you get the desired effect

My lo gets constipated after eating bananas for a couple of days in a row. I try to give him some water, he'd rather drink it straight from a cup then through a beaker and I'll give him a belly massage and that sometimes helps.

I bought some prune juice too that I thought I could mix a tbsp or so with some baby porridge so that he's getting it into him.
