my account balance is moe than yesterday??

basically i checked my bank yesterday and wrote down how much was in there and today there was more in my account balance £38 more and i took £20 out before i checked so actually £58 more?? i have no idea were its come from as it hasnt shown on my statement as money in??? any ideas.

i phoned my bank and they said that they cant see anything and that perhaps something that was e marked has returned to my account but i have no idea what.

do u think that whoever its from will take it back? or it will show on my account soon? im scared to spend any money incase lol just confused at were its come from? xx

That has happened to me before, it was a card payment i'd made online. The money went back into my account afew days after i made the payment and then came back out the next day. My bank had no idea when i rang them so i left the money and it was gone again the next day! Strange.

this happened to me last week when i made a payment online, payed the bill checked my bank minus the amount checked my bank the next day still the same checked it again it was up by the amount of the bill, 2 days later came back out again for the bill
