Me and OH have been having a little bit of a rough patch, and have talked about seperating, I just wanted advice on where I'd stand financially etc. I'm a SAHM currently, all I get benefit wise is child benefit, we did get ctc but this is stopping as we no longer qualify. The mortgage and bills, etc are all in OH's name, my name isn't on anything. If we were to seperate he'd be moving out, but with a mortgage to pay he obviously couldn't afford to rent any where for
Himself, and I couldn't pay his mortgage! So how would it work? If I lived in rented id be entitled to hiding benefit? Would me and the LOs need to move out to be entitled to help, and bills in my name?

I doubt it will come to this, just wanted some advice as was thinking about all the what ifs etc

Cheers! I'm not sure what to do, I don't even know how to go about housing seen as I live here with him, i just dunno what to do for the best really
