I have suffered from migraines for over 20 years. I had a terrible one on Thursday, one of the worst I've had in a long time, and haven't felt right since. Friday I had the usual feelings that I get the next day, basically just wiped out but no headache or anything, but since then I've been feeling really dizzy, sick, exhausted, a bit achey all over, sore sinuses and just can't force myself to do anything. I just want to curl up and sleep. It's horrible! I was hanging the washing out yesterday and the whole garden started spinning and I felt like I was going to faint. I've not felt right at all since that migraine and it's horrible  Anyone else had anything like this after a migraine? |
