SPD

hello, i am new here and i have come on-line as my SPD has flared up before Christmas. my little boy was born in june and is now 9 months old. i found this out my walking my husky puppy for a longer than normal trip out and i struggled walking back. (she has now been rehomed as i couldn;t care for her ) i was in agony for the next few days...this was from a slow 90 min walk. now walking for an hour causes pain, driving my car causes pain and my husband doesn't drive....i'm having to use my car daily (as his motorbike is off the road) and i so wish i could adjust the seat height. i wake up in pain and go to bed in pain, some days i struggle just walking up the stairs. it eased off so much after my baby was born that i told midwifes i was fine....i so wish i hadn't. i don't know what to do.

Go and see a GP. I know when I was pregnant I had belts and things for SPD from a referral for it. Get some help! Don't suffer in silence.
