I have a mysterious £190 credit in my bank today - could it be the Health in Pregnancy Grant?

I'm due May 11th.

I think I sent it off at the end of January. I can't think what else it could be!

Seeing as we have just finally got all the baby stuff I think it will be going on a well deserved weekend break before baby comes!

I sent mine end of Feb so sounds like they are sorting through the backlog being new tax year etc

Well looks like youre one of the 1st hun. I dont think i sent mine till march ish, but you know, when it comes it come, Id imagine Lo will be here before it though lol

just called the health in preg grant ppl they are just starting januarys and will not make anymore payments till end of may sorry girls

How ridiculous!! How can it be a health in pregnancy grant when a lot of us won't be getting this until way after our babies are born!! I posted mine 6th feb so just missed out on this batch of payments ... oh well will keep checking the bank account just in case!!

wow they said they were not givin out till may i sent mine off mid jan and i was due yesturday, did u get a letter or anything to say you was getting it.

No, no letter or anything, it just went into my account.

Looks like I must have just got it in in January then.

It should say who the payment is from. Like when my maternity allowance goes in it says something like DWP and then a number.

so they gna do februarys lot in may, march's lot in june etc etc?
looks like ill be gettin my £500 one before i get the £190 lol
