1 month off birth control

I am 1 month off birth control 5 days late i think i ovulated the 2 week of being off bc i had some spotting not to bad my lower back just started killing me yesterday ive felt bloated for about 3 days had 1 or 2 days nausea not bad all i wanna do is sleep and cry could these symptoms be from stopping the pill or could there be a chance i could be pregnant has anyone else had anything like this happen its new to me

When i was younger i was told it would be hard for me to conceive on my own

I would say take a test. That's the only way to really know. Sometimes it can take your body some time to regulate after coming off the pill. Especially if you happened to stop mid pack( like me ) good luck!
