1 year old won't poop! any advice?

my LO is nearly 15 months and has a reallly sore nappy rash on her bum which she's never really had before. i've been putting bepanthen on it so i'm hoping it'll clear up soon but the problem is that when she needs to poop because it must hurt she's clenching and stopping herself from going. her face goes really red and you can see she's trying her hardest to hold it and if i try and bend her legs or pick her up she screams and fights she's been like it for a few days now and i don't know what to do. i'd really appreciate any advice. thanks x

Do you think it is a yeast rash? Maybe some prune juice to help her go so she doesn't have to push and maybe if it is softer it will be less painful. But I think a yeast rash can cause burning while going.
