1 yr old pulling their hair?

in the last couple of weeks my lo has started pulling her hair when she is bored not getting attention, or frustrated that she cant do something?

Should I be worried and how do you handle it. So far whenever I see her do it I distract her but try and not make an issue.

I'm not sure - but I know H does it often when shes sleepy because I have a habit of running my fingers through her hair while she's feeding.

She really pulls on it :/ It's not quite the same, but she seems to think so
