10 DPO and hot flushes good or bad??

Hi girls I am 9-10 DPO I got BFN thismorning but now I keep taking hot flushes and my face is going bright red also getting some cramps and shooting pains is this a good sign?

It may or may not be. I get hot/cold flashes a couple of days before AF.
