10 dpo Dollar Tree test

I saw my Reproductive Endocrinologist last week and she confirmed ovulation. But she thinks we can conceive on our own so nothing to do but try until January, then start Clomid.
Anyone see anything?

I'm not sure if I see anything but do not get your hopes up, I had absolutely nothing 10dpo, and then 11dpo. .there it was! Stay positive!
