10 dpo... one big horrible cramp

so i'm sitting here at work and I get one big long cramp in the middle of my lower abdomen so bad I got dizzy then it went away. Thoughts?

Anyone have any ideas?Implantation maybe? or am i just grasping at straws?

The one time I confirmed pregnancy I had one sharp pain that lasted round 3 seconds- that was really the only symptom I had -later I had mood swings but that was several weeks later.

I still don't really have any advice. I would say it could be either a symptom or AF. which is the sucky part. I ended up calling the doctor with mine she said sounds like AF is coming and today (2 days before AF is due) I've started light bleeding although i don't think its enough to call AF yet.
