hi just wanted to ask how many day naps a 10 month old should have. mine has days where he has problems with his 2nd nap.
so i decreased the amount of his first nap. this has been going well. until today. he refused to sleep the 2nd nap again. ok this happens sometimes.
so it looks like this
7 wake
10-11 nap
14-1530 nap
21-7 night sleep (ones a month he sleeps til 8)
i feel he needs his 2 naps though, except today. sigh. his night sleep, i am wondering if i should try putting him earlier to bed.
are all the 10 months ols here sleeping 2 naps as well?
