12 DPO and symptoms gone

I am 12 DPO and all my symptoms are gone.I had cramping/pinching mainly in my left ovary area since 2 DPO.I also had cramps like I did when I was on Paragard( achy cramps).Around 5-6 DPO I had tender breast and cm was white and lotiony.8 DPO I may have had IB.I wiped and saw a bit of pink.I wiped again and there was less but still saw pink.I haven't seen it since.AF is due tomarrow 09/23.Today for a few hours cm was watery and clear.I kept checking to see if it was AF! It was that wet.I know its not over till she shows but eh lol I don't know about this month.I am exhausted but I think its more do to my sleep schedule being off.I've also been having headaches.Anyone else in the same boat as me?

It's not uncommon for sx to come and go...In fact that is pretty normal for a lot of women! Try not to stress out to much as that only reeks havoc on the body and hormones..

At 12 dpo--you might get a BFP now....Especially if you had IB on dpo 8....

BFN this morning but I never got a BFP with my previous 2 pregnancies until after 6 weeks. My doctor is out of the office all week and I hate to go to someone else so just trying to remain calm til then
