12 week old - projectile vomiting / slow weight gain - advise?

Hi all

My LO is 12 weeks today and I'm not sure whats goin on. She has started to projectile vomit after her feeds, mostly in the evening and only gained 4oz this week.

HV advised going to the docs so I did and he advised as far as he could see nothing was wrong. Now I have just fed little one, burped regularly throughout the feed and the next min she pulled off and P. vomited all over herself and me.

any ideas whats going on?? I'm getting worried xx

Has she just had her jabs? It upset my LO for a few days afterwards and made him sick after every feed.

any luck on finding out whats wrong as my lil one has the same issue?

Could be food allergies, something that you've been eating lately .
Or maybe just a bug?

Is your let down too fast? Mine is younger but I have a fast let down and she will get too much too fast and puke. Its the only time she does this.
