From what I have read about the "nub theory" and the skull as well thats how I got my guess. I heard boys have a rounder skull and the nub between the legs seems to point down they say with boys it angled up at a 30 degree angle from the line of the spine just theories though

Looks all boy to me, sorry. The nub is pointed just like the nub on my avatar and my baby is another boy. I could be wrong but I don't think it's a girly xxx
