13 week nub shot girl or boy please guess?

I had a nt scan at 13weeks and its been driving me nuts. The doctor predicted that this would be a girl which is very exciting after 4 sons. Thankfully everything is normal with the baby but now I am going crazy staring at this sonogram photo. The doctor said that he has been doing this for a very long time and was rarely ever wrong and was pretty sure this would be confirmed at my 16 or 20 week sonogram. I need some others opinions what do you think everyone give me your best guess. It kind of looks like a hamburger in between the legs but at the same time like a penis who knows, give me your best guess please.
