13 weeks and anterior placenta over c-section scar

Hi ladies!

I'm a week away from 2nd tri, but I felt it better to ask here about having an anterior placenta near your c-section. My doc wasn't as worried, however she is keeping an eye to make sure it isn't fused to the scar. Has anyone else had this situation and everything turned out fine for you and the baby? The scan went wonderfully to show a very healthy baby. Should I also be careful about my 4 yo being near my belly because of the anterior placenta? or should any small bumps or accidental falls on my be fine?
