13month old miserable after mmr

Ds had his mmr 2 weeks ago and since Friday he's been miserable. He has very high temps (went up to 40 at one point) off his food, quiet and cuddly and in tears most of the time. He's also teething and had his boosters at the sane time so I'm guessing he just feels rubbish. Anyone else's lo feel like this after? How long can I expect it to last? I want my happy baby back!

Joni also had this. The worst of it was about 4 days long where she just wanted to sleep and cry, and then she started to get better, but she wasn't full of energy for about a week. I hope your LO gets better very soon xx
