14 dpo does it all add up?

At around 10 dpo I kept keeping low grade fevers on and off and was very tiered. Today at 14 dpo I have dry mouth for the first time in my life. Dry mouth and nose. Also having dull cramps very low. AF is due stomorrow should I test again? Have gotten 2 bpn at 11,13dpo. Do these symptoms add up to possible bfp?

Could be i kept getting hot when inwasmpg i guess u will know in the morning..maybe test if af not there when u get up
