My lo has always been a good eater. She's never liked eggs but other than that she would eat anything I gave her.
Now she rejects anything that's not either organix type crisps or biscuits. Help!
She will eat bits of food off my plate so tonight she's had about 40 peas(!) but if I give her anything for herself she clamps her mouth shut and shakes her head.
Is this a short phase? How do you deal with it? She either doesn't eat all day or I let her eat 'junk'.
She even rejected yoghurt, crumpets and banana today which have always been her favourites!

It is most likely a phase. My little one went through the same thing but grew out of it. She is a great eater for the most part but still goes on the food hiatus every now and then. Good luck to you momma! Just keep offering the good foods:)

ya i agree its either a phase or its her taste changing at the min my lb wont eat anything other than mash and veg :dohh:

I'm sure it will pass hun- just keep offering and she'll get there. My LO will LOVE certain foods- then suddenly not want them for a period of time (?) then go back to them a week or two later. She's also picky when she isn't feeling well- but otherwise she's a pretty good eater. She does have her moments though.

Maybe try a fruit/veggie smoothie for a change? I made one with apples, blue berries, strawberries, Kale and whole milk and yogurt- and LO drank it up. But even smoothies she'll love one minute than snub the next!

Thanks girls. I thought it will probably pass but I'm so passionate about healthy eating myself it worries me when I can't get anything good into her.
Ill just keep offering and letting her pinch my food and go with it.
A smoothie is a great idea, ill try that too x
