14DPO :af: 1 day late BFN! But O'd later than ff thinks?

Hiya so according to FF i am 14dpo..... However according to my opk id say im 11 maybe 12DPO...... was due yearerday.... Still no sign but this morning..... Has anyone ever had this and gotten their .......could i have O'd later which means i implanted later? I feel like im just clinging onto every bit of hope....x
