I have been TTC for 1.5 yrs, with a miscarriage at 16 weeks (delivered, no D&C) [fall 2014] and another miscarriage 8 weeks (no D&C) [may 2015]. Since May, we have been seeing a fertility specialist, hysteroscopy came back fine. I normally have regular cycles, never anything to question. However, Aug5-6 I should have gotten AF and instead AF came super early on July 26. I was put on Clomid 100mg for 5 days. On CD26, I had 6 mature follicles and ovulated CD27, experienced bad bloating pain and was told to test & call in 2 wks with a BFP. It is now CD42 with no BFP, I have tested 4 times in the last 6 days including today and still BFN and no AF. I never got a BFP this late, I normally got one early. For the past 10 days, I swore I had pg symptoms, but now I am losing hope.
Can anyone share their stories? Any late BFPs?
I am startig to believe my AF is just late, this was my 1st cycle with Clomid. My doctor was very confident that I would call with a BFP within 10-14 days from CD26. I even questioned them when they were so optimistic, they said if you get AF, just call, "but there's no reason you won't get a BFP"...
I appreciate any insight or input anyone can provide. I really appreciate everyone putting their stories out there, it has helped me tremendously just reading all the different posts.
