15 dpo with AF 3 days late with a BFN

So I am now officially 15 DPO and AF is 3 days late. I am not having any major symptoms other than slightly tender breasts and very mild cramping off and on that started last night. I know that I did not ovulate late as I have been charting for BBT as well as CM for 4+ months now. I have had temps between 97.9-98.0 the last 13 days, however, my temp spiked this morning from 98.0 to 98.3, with still no sign of AF.
I have however noticed a discharge slightly similar to ovulation but a little bit more watery.
I have tested 12dpo and 14dpo both with BFN.
So my question to any ladies who have been in the same boat is how long it has taken for your BFP to show?
Also, my luteal phase has been exactly 12 days since I started charting.

Im in the same boat hun 14dpo was a no show yesterday but however my temps suggest i O'd on cd 10 but my opk indicate cd20 so im in limbo x

It is frustrating. I really don't want AF to show...hoping that BFP shows soon! When are you planning to test again? Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
